CATOR carries out the integral management of all oil produced in the autonomous region of Catalonia (Spain), including the activities of collection, transport, analysis, storage, re-refining, and commercialization of mineral oil bases.

CATOR carries out its management in the autonomous region of Catalonia by means of administrative concession of the Catalan government (Generalitat de Catalunya), which establishes, in the waste law 6/93, the activity of used oils as a public service.

In order to assure the quality of our products and the environmental management of the company, CATOR obtained the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:00 for Quality, UNE-EN-ISO 14001:00 for Environment and the OHSAS 18001:07 for Security and Health in Work, in collection, analyse, control, storage through recycling of used waste oil of industrial origin and from the motor industry, awarded by the LGAI Certification centre.
