CATOR
carries out the integral management of all oil produced
in the autonomous region of Catalonia (Spain), including
the activities of collection, transport, analysis, storage,
re-refining, and commercialization of mineral oil bases.
CATOR
carries out its management in the autonomous region of Catalonia
by means of administrative concession of the Catalan government
(Generalitat de Catalunya), which establishes, in the waste
law 6/93, the activity of used oils as a public service.
